Terms of use

By using famotel.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Famotel is

Famotel is an information and comparison service. We are not a travel agent and do not sell accommodation. Bookings are made directly with third-party providers, and their terms and conditions apply to your booking.

Accuracy of information

Property descriptions, photos, facilities and review scores are provided by our partners and may change. Prices and availability are only confirmed on the partner's site at the time of booking. While we work to keep information accurate, we cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may use Famotel for personal, non-commercial travel research. Automated scraping, bulk downloading or any use that interferes with the site's operation is not permitted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Famotel is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from bookings made with third parties.
